September Is National Emergency Preparedness Month
HCANH is joining with other organizations around the country to recognize September as National Emergency Preparedness Month.
The Ready.gov’s webpage contains many tools and tips for organizations wishing to reinforce their own emergency preparedness and that of their staff and clients. With so many other challenges facing us every day, it’s easy to become complacent about preparedness, but the recent stories about hurricane response in the South serve as a reminder to us all to review and refresh our own plans.
